Speaker Biography

Secretary of Telecommunications and a career civil servant at Anatel since 2005, where he served as Superintendent of Inspection. With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, he has worked in multinational companies and the public sector, accumulating over 10 years in management positions. He participated in the drafting of the "5G Auction Notice" and has been a speaker at events on the subject. He holds a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering and a degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, with a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Regulation from Inatel and an MBA in Project Management from FGV.
