CEO of Alares, controlled by the investment fund Grain Management. I have over 25 years of experience in senior leadership in the telecommunications sector. Before joining Alares, I was Head of Residential Solutions at TIM (TIM Live), responsible for marketing, sales, operations, finance, and planning, where, along with my team, we substantially grew revenues and the customer base throughout my time in the organization. I have also held leadership positions in telecommunications and management consulting, including roles at Vivo, GVT, and Claro, where I maintained a strong track record of accelerating growth and consistently delivering results. I started my career as a management consultant at Accenture, Gemini Consulting, and Siemens Telecommunications. I have over 20 years of experience in executive positions, delivering consistent and continuous results in key business areas: Sales, Marketing, Business Development, People Development, Finance, Operations, and M&As.
