Speaker Biography

Economist, Master in Economic Development from the Federal University of Uberlândia, and Master in Regulation from the University of Brasília (UnB). A public servant with over 15 years dedicated to the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), where he has held various strategic positions, including Manager of Strategic Planning, Manager of Universal Service Obligation Control, Manager of Economic Order Monitoring, and Advisor to the Board of Directors. He currently serves as Superintendent of Competition, responsible for regulating and overseeing the economic aspects of the telecommunications market with a focus on promoting competition.
