Executive of regulation and business in regulated sectors with more than 30 years of career in companies such as Telconsultoria, Vivo/Telefonica, Anatel, Telebrás and Embratel. Lawyer graduated from UERJ with a postgraduate degree in Competition and Consumer Law, had an executive career at Vivo/Telefonica for over 14 years, acting as the group's regulation director for over 5 years. Passionate about infrastructure themes, such as posting and spectrum sharing, today is a partner of Telconsultoria, a company specialized in operating in regulated sectors.

The regulation of shared infrastructure use, such as utility poles, is currently one of the main points of concern for regional providers throughout Brazil. Similarly, the granting and maintenance of the Multimedia Communication Service (SCM) license has become strategic in light of an environment with increased oversight and technical and regulatory requirements from the competent authorities. In this panel, we bring together representatives from the Ministry of Communications (MCom), Anatel, and the NEO Association to discuss the advances, challenges, and prospects related to the occupation of the new regulatory guidelines and the process of regularization and operation of providers in the country.
