Speaker Biography
A lawyer with a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University, currently serving as Director of InvestSP and a guest professor at Fundação Dom Cabral. Previously, he was National Secretary of Digital Policies in the Federal Government, Executive Secretary of the Interstate Consortium of Central Brazil, and held various government positions in Goiás. He was also a member of the Internet Governance Committee in Brazil and Director of the Municipal Environmental Agency of Goiânia.
